“Fashion designers everywhere are making conscious choices to bring sustainable practices into their everyday working and creative environments. From the fabrics used in garments, to the packaging used to distribute collections – designers are realising that green suits everyone.
Where possible, Starfish sources New Zealand made fabrics with sustainable qualities such as organic denims, cottons and hemp. They also use recycled buttons and buckles, paper bags with a vegetable based dye and chlorine free tissues.”
